Club Sessions are live, hosted virtual gatherings designed for the neurodiverse community. Participants are grouped together based on shared common interests and compatible traits. Through Club Sessions, individuals on the autism spectrum can join these virtual meetings twice a week with the shared objective of enjoying one another's company and achieving their common goals.
The assignment of specific clubs is a result of a comprehensive internal evaluation that considers a variety of factors, including age, gender preferences, social inclinations, special interests, accommodation needs, scheduling constraints, personality traits, and more. This information is collected as part of the intake process. Each club typically comprises 5 to 20 members, with the group's size determined by the accommodation requirements of its members.
The small group size is deliberately chosen to ensure that every member enjoys the highest-quality social experience possible. To foster familiarity and a sense of belonging, club members typically remain within the same club across multiple sessions. With each club consisting of only 5 to 20 members, individuals can rapidly become acquainted with both their fellow members and the leadership.
Regarding frequency, each club schedules two virtual sessions weekly, one on a weekday and another on the weekend. Each session typically spans approximately one hour. This means participants can look forward to one hour of safe, enjoyable, and engaging social interaction with a group of like-minded individuals who share common interests and genuinely enjoy each other's company.
Each Club Session is supported by a dedicated team of 2 Social Club Coaches who assume the roles of hosts and agenda coordinators for the session. These Coaches serve as the heart and soul of the program, fully committed to delivering exceptional social experiences to every member of the clubs they oversee. They play a pivotal role in facilitating each Club Session and are available throughout the week to provide support and engagement to all club members.
This ongoing availability allows them to cultivate and nurture one-on-one relationships with each club member. In addition to their role in hosting sessions and being accessible, every coach initiates regular one-on-one "Check In Calls" with club members, typically at least once or twice a week. These calls are designed to provide encouragement and boost spirits throughout the week, further enhancing the overall experience.
Regular healthy social interaction is essential for everyone, and special occasions should never be spent alone. In Club Sessions, all participants come together to celebrate special events, which are among the program's most notable highlights. Holidays, special occasions, and birthdays are integral parts of our social fabric, shaping our lives significantly. Therefore, no significant holiday, special occasion, or birthday is left uncelebrated.
From Valentine’s Day and Memorial Day to Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, Club Sessions marks each holiday with fervor and enthusiasm. Experience Social aims not only to provide enjoyable social experiences but also to assist members in building a social life that consists of healthy, enjoyable interactions shared with peers, family, and their broader community.

In the United States, there are approximately 8 million individuals on the autism spectrum. Shockingly, over 85% of autistic adults face unemployment, a statistic that is equally concerning for 80% of autistic college graduates who remain unemployed. Additionally, 50% of autistic individuals reside in low-income households, often with their caregivers. At Experience Social, we harness the power of technology, foster corporate relationships, and leverage the unique skillsets of the neurodiverse community to address the significant employment challenges encountered by many individuals within this community.
Through Club Sessions Pro, individuals aged 15 and older on the autism spectrum have the opportunity to work from home as part of the Experience Social team. They can earn an hourly wage in a role that they find enjoyable, all while collaborating in a virtual workspace alongside like-minded individuals they enjoy working with. Experience Social successfully secures work assignments from both the public and private sectors, with a predominant focus on tasks related to data entry, data appending, and data retrieval.
Individuals on the autism spectrum often excel in data management roles due to their typically strong memory skills, keen attention to detail, ability to perform tasks accurately when provided proper guidance, and proficiency in navigating computer browsers to access the necessary information.
